Yes, the B45 dual-head handheld printer has 2 ink cartridge slots. It can print well even you just insert one ink cartridge into the ink slot for use. Each print head prints 25.4mm tall. When inserting 2 ink cartridges, the machine can print nearly 2 inches tall. Up to 20 lines can be printed.
The main difference between Bentsai B40 and B45 is the ink they use. B45 handheld printer can use both water based ink and solvent based quick drying ink, while the Bentsai B40 only uses water based ink. So B45 can print on both porous and non-porous surfaces but the B40 can print only on water-absorbing surfaces.
Bentsai B45 hand held printer uses two types of inks – the water based ink and the solvent based ink. When using the water based ink (EB21B Series), the ink can be refilled to maximize cost savings. However, for the solvent inks (EB22B Sesries) the machine use, they CANNOT be refilled.
