If you aren’t using the printer for more than 10 minutes, please remove the ink cartridge and protect the print nozzle with the original cover from the package to prevent the cartridge head from drying, which can compromise print quality. In case of clogging, gently wipe the nozzle with a soft tissue or towel.

BT-2560N is aqueous ink only print on porous surfaces, mainly water absorbent surfaces. BT-2580P is solvent based ink, it could print on both porous and non-porous substrates.
Sorry, you cannot use other brand’s cartridges for Bentsai’s printer. Since cartridge can only recognize original printer. For your better print performance we highly recommend you purchase cartridges from Bentsai.
Of course. This BT-2560N can apply to BT-HH6105 Series printer including B1, B2 and B3.
No, the BT-2560N only can print on porous surfaces like kraft paper, cardboard, wood, fabric and so on. If you need to print on non-porous materials such as plastic, metal or glass, pls refer to the BT-2580P ink cartridge.
When the ink cartridge becomes empty, print quality will deteriorate and you will need to replace a new cartridge. But if the printg quality is caused by nozzle blockage, you can refer to the video below for troubeshooting and a quick fix.
