Characteristics: This ink is waterproof and resistant to rubbing. However, it can be removed using alcohol when printed on non-absorbent surfaces such as glass, metal, or ceramic.

If printing needs to be paused, cover the cartridge promptly to prevent the ink from drying out and clogging the nozzle. In case of a blockage, gently wipe the nozzle with a soft tissue or towel.

Important Reminder: For optimal print performance, always remove the cartridge from the printer and replace its plastic cap when the printer will not be in use for more than 10 minutes. This prevents the ink from drying and avoids blockage of the ink nozzle.

Sorry, you cannot use other brand’s cartridges for Bentsai’s printer. Since cartridge can only recognize original printer. For your better print performance we highly recommend you purchase cartridges from Bentsai.
Each ink contains 42ml capacity. How long the ink will last depend on your print frequency and image density. Based on our test, one ink box can print 2,000,000 characters when printing in the smallest font at 2.5mm.
When printing on fabric, the ink will become faded after being washed for several times.
When the ink cartridge becomes empty, print quality will deteriorate and you will need to replace a new cartridge. But if the printg quality is caused by nozzle blockage, you can refer to the video below for troubeshooting and a quick fix.
